Preparing Green Philadelphia pureed with the addition of a number of fresh basil leaves, cut and then purée with a little 'pepper. It should be creamy and easily spreadable;
Preparing white: Philadelphia puree, 3 or 4 olives to give taste but not color, a bit 'of butter, pepper
red Preparation: Philadelphia puree, a few pieces of red pepper boiled in water and vinegar before, to drain well and mash, peppercorn
Take the slices of sandwich bread and cut diagonally if you want me to do as I used the triangular shape. Sprinkle lightly with broth that is in the olives. Spread the various preparations with a knife gently so as not to overflows. Garnish with bits such oil, or with chopped tomatoes.
